Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through dpp-shop.com and to all agreements between Dutch Performance Products BV and its customers.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms do not limit any mandatory legal rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.

2. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the following meanings:
- Customer: any person or business placing an order through our website.
- Consumer: a natural person who purchases products for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
- Business customer: a customer who purchases products in the course of a trade, business, craft or profession.
- Agreement: the agreement between Dutch Performance Products BV and the customer, concluded through our website or otherwise.
- Product: any product offered by Dutch Performance Products BV through the website.

3. Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, purchases and agreements made through our website.
If specific product conditions, promotional conditions or written agreements apply, those specific conditions will apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced by a valid provision that reflects the original intention as closely as possible.
4. Consumers and Business Customers
These Terms and Conditions apply to both consumers and business customers, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Certain rights, including the statutory right of withdrawal, apply only to consumers and not to business customers.
For business customers, additional or different terms may apply, including terms relating to quotations, dealer accounts, business pricing, payment terms, delivery arrangements and returns.
5. Products and Product Information
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible.
Product descriptions, specifications, images, instructions, availability, delivery information and other product details are provided with due care. Minor differences in appearance, packaging, labelling or presentation may occur and do not affect the validity of the purchase, provided the product corresponds to the agreed specifications.
Images are intended to give a clear representation of the product. Colours, packaging or visual details may differ slightly from the actual product.
If an obvious error is made in the product information, price, availability, delivery time or other information, we reserve the right to correct the error. If such an error affects your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
6. Offers and Prices
All offers are subject to availability.
All prices shown on the website include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Any applicable shipping costs, payment costs or other additional costs are shown on the product page and/or during checkout before you complete your order.
We reserve the right to change prices, product information and availability at any time. Such changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted, unless there is an obvious error.
We are not bound by obvious mistakes or errors in prices, product information or offers.
7. Orders and Conclusion of the Agreement
An order is placed when you complete the checkout process and submit your order through our website.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation means that we have received your order.
The agreement is concluded once your order has been accepted and processed by us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of obvious errors, suspected fraud, incorrect customer information, failed payment, unavailability of products, misuse of promotions or circumstances that make fulfilment of the order impossible or unreasonable.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method, unless agreed otherwise.
8. Payment
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods offered during checkout.
Orders are processed after successful payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information. Any errors in payment details must be reported to us as soon as possible.
For business customers, different payment terms may apply only if agreed in writing.
9. Shipping Countries
We ship to countries within the European Union, with the exception of Scandinavian countries.
For the purpose of this policy, this means that we do not currently ship to Denmark, Sweden and Finland.
We do not ship to countries outside the European Union, including Norway and Iceland.
10. Shipping and Delivery
The available shipping options, estimated delivery time, applicable shipping costs and order cut-off times are shown on the relevant product page and/or during checkout before you complete your order.
Orders are shipped as one complete shipment. This means that if your order contains multiple products, the entire order will be shipped once all products are available for dispatch.
If your order contains products with different delivery times or cut-off times, the longest delivery time and the latest applicable dispatch moment will apply to the entire order.
Delivery times are estimates. We do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframe, but delays may occur due to stock availability, carrier delays, public holidays, incorrect delivery information or other circumstances beyond our control.
If delivery is delayed or if an order cannot be fulfilled in full or in part, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.
11. Delivery Address
The order will be delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional costs for reshipment may be charged to the customer.
12. Risk and Ownership
For consumers, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the consumer once the products have been delivered to the consumer or to a third party designated by the consumer.
For business customers, the risk may pass at the moment the products are handed over to the carrier, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Ownership of the products remains with Dutch Performance Products BV until the full purchase price and any applicable additional costs have been paid in full.
13. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason.
If an order is delivered in multiple shipments, the withdrawal period starts on the day after you receive the last product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us that you wish to withdraw from the agreement. You can do this by contacting us at support@dpp-shop.com or by using any withdrawal process made available on our website.
Where required by law, we may also provide an online withdrawal or cancellation option on our website.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the product within 14 days.
14. Conditions for Returns After Withdrawal
During the withdrawal period, you must handle the product and packaging with care.
You may inspect the product only to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, as you would be allowed to do in a physical shop.
Products must be returned with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in their original condition and packaging.
If you use or handle the product more than necessary to inspect it, you may be liable for any reduction in value.
15. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be excluded only where permitted by law and where this has been clearly stated before purchase.
This may include, where applicable:
- Products made to the customer’s specifications;
- Personalised products;
- Products that cannot be returned due to their nature;
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once unsealed;
- Products that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other products;
- Other products or services excluded from withdrawal under applicable law.
If a product is excluded from the right of withdrawal, this will be stated clearly on the product page and/or during checkout.
16. Refunds After Withdrawal
If you validly withdraw from the agreement, we will refund the purchase amount, including the standard delivery costs of the original shipment where required by law.
We may wait with the refund until we have received the returned products or until you have provided proof that the products have been returned.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise in our Returns Policy or required by applicable law.
Any additional costs resulting from a more expensive delivery method chosen by the customer instead of the standard delivery method will not be refunded, unless required by law.
17. Additional Return Policy
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, Dutch Performance Products BV may offer an additional commercial return policy.
If an additional return period, free returns or other return benefits are offered, the applicable conditions will be stated in our Returns Policy, on the product page, during checkout or in other relevant customer information.
A commercial return policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
18. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at support@dpp-shop.com.
Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue and, where relevant, photos of the product, packaging and shipping label.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your legal rights. This may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
19. Legal Guarantee and Conformity
We are responsible for delivering products that conform to the agreement.
A product must have the characteristics that you may reasonably expect based on the product description, specifications, price, intended use, instructions, public statements and applicable legal requirements.
Any commercial warranty provided by Dutch Performance Products BV, a manufacturer or an importer does not affect your statutory rights.
For consumers, legal guarantee rights cannot be limited or excluded by these Terms and Conditions.
20. Product Use and Safety
You are responsible for using the products correctly and in accordance with the product information, instructions, safety warnings, labels and applicable laws or regulations.
Many products in our assortment are intended for specific applications, vehicles, materials or technical use cases. Always check whether the product is suitable for your intended use before applying it.
Dutch Performance Products BV is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use, improper storage, improper installation, misuse, modification of the product, use contrary to instructions, or use for a purpose for which the product is not intended, unless liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your intended use, please contact us before using the product.
21. Complaints
If you have a complaint about our products or services, please contact us at:
Please describe your complaint clearly and include your order number, relevant photos or other supporting information where applicable.
We will review your complaint as soon as possible. We aim to respond within 14 days after receiving the complaint. If a complaint requires more time to process, we will confirm receipt and indicate when you can expect a more detailed response.
22. WebwinkelKeur and Disputes
Dutch Performance Products is affiliated with WebwinkelKeur.
If a complaint cannot be resolved directly with us, WebwinkelKeur may provide mediation, where applicable.
If mediation does not lead to a solution, the dispute may be submitted through DigiDispuut or another dispute resolution procedure connected to WebwinkelKeur, where applicable.
The availability and conditions of dispute resolution may depend on the applicable WebwinkelKeur membership, the nature of the dispute and the applicable rules at the time of submission.
23. Reviews
Customers may be invited to leave a review after placing an order.
Reviews must be honest, relevant and based on a genuine customer experience.
We may use third-party review systems, including WebwinkelKeur, to collect and display customer reviews.
We reserve the right not to publish or to remove reviews that are unlawful, offensive, misleading, fraudulent, irrelevant, contain personal data or are otherwise inappropriate.
We do not permit fake reviews or reviews that falsely present themselves as genuine customer experiences.
24. Account Registration
Customers may be able to create an account on our website.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating or using an account.
We may suspend or delete an account in case of misuse, fraud, unlawful activity or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
25. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions, discount codes and special offers are subject to the conditions stated with the relevant promotion.
Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be limited to specific products, customers, order values or time periods.
We reserve the right to withdraw or refuse a promotion or discount code in case of misuse, fraud, technical errors or obvious mistakes.
26. Business Customers, Quotations and Dealer Accounts
Business customers may request quotations, business accounts or dealer arrangements.
A quotation is non-binding unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Business pricing, discounts, delivery terms, payment terms, return conditions and other arrangements may differ from consumer terms and apply only if agreed in writing.
The statutory right of withdrawal for consumers does not apply to business customers.
27. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, product information, designs, layouts, videos and other materials, is owned by Dutch Performance Products BV or used with permission from the relevant rights holder.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
28. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect, use and protect your personal data.
29. Liability
Dutch Performance Products BV is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, reputational damage or damage resulting from improper use of products, unless liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid for the relevant order, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by law, including liability for intent, gross negligence or mandatory consumer rights.
30. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations if this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, carrier delays, supply chain disruptions, strikes, technical failures, payment provider disruptions, government measures, natural disasters, war, pandemics, import or export restrictions, shortages or other events outside our control.
If a force majeure situation continues for an extended period, both parties may have the right to terminate the agreement in accordance with applicable law.
31. Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We may update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The version of the Terms and Conditions that applies to your order is the version published on our website at the time you place your order.
Changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted, unless required by law or agreed otherwise.
32. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and all agreements between you and Dutch Performance Products BV are governed by Dutch law.
If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, this choice of law does not affect the mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
