Shipping Policy

At Dutch Performance Products, we aim to process and ship every order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Shipping countries

We ship to all countries within the European Union, with the exception of Scandinavian countries.

Shipping information

The available shipping options, estimated delivery time, applicable shipping costs and order cut-off times are shown on the relevant product page and/or during checkout before you complete your order.

Order processing

Orders are processed after successful payment. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with tracking information, if available.

Complete shipment

Orders are shipped as one complete shipment. This means that if your order contains multiple products, the entire order will be shipped once all products are available for dispatch.

If your order contains products with different delivery times or cut-off times, the longest delivery time and the latest applicable dispatch moment will apply to the entire order. In other words, the order will be shipped when all products are available for shipment.

Track & trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This email contains your track & trace information, allowing you to follow your shipment.

Please note that it may take some time before the tracking information becomes active after your order has been handed over to the carrier.

Delivery

We do our best to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time shown on the product page and/or during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, stock availability or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delayed shipment

If your shipment is delayed or if the tracking information has not been updated for several working days, please contact us. We will investigate the shipment with the carrier and look for an appropriate solution.

Damaged parcel

Although we pack every order as carefully as possible, damage during transport can unfortunately occur.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@dpp-shop.com. Please include photos of the damaged parcel and the affected products, so we can assess the situation and offer a suitable solution.
