Lindemann HTF-G Food Grade – High-temperature food-grade grease with PTFE

Do you need a food-safe grease that can handle extreme temperatures, pressure, water, steam, and demanding industrial conditions? Standard greases can melt, drip, carbonise, or lose lubricating performance when exposed to high heat, moisture, detergents, or heavy mechanical load.

Lindemann HTF-G Food Grade is a transparent, gold-coloured, 100% synthetic high-temperature grease with PTFE. It is USDA H-1 and NSF H1 approved, making it suitable for food-related environments where incidental food contact may occur.

What problems is this suitable for?

Lindemann HTF-G Food Grade is commonly used for:

  • Food-grade lubrication requirements
  • High-temperature lubrication points
  • Bearings exposed to heat, water, steam, or detergents
  • Lubrication points exposed to acids or industrial cleaning conditions
  • Replacing conventional greases that melt, drip, or carbonise

When conventional grease does not provide enough heat resistance or food-grade safety, a specialised high-temperature food-grade grease is the right choice.

How does it work?

Lindemann HTF-G Food Grade forms a durable lubricating layer between moving parts. The 100% synthetic base oil and PTFE help reduce friction and wear while maintaining lubrication under high pressure and extreme temperature conditions.

The grease is water-repellent and highly resistant to water, steam, detergents, acids, and other demanding industrial conditions. It helps protect components against corrosion, overheating, premature wear, and lubrication failure.

Suitable for food-grade and industrial applications

Lindemann HTF-G Food Grade is especially suitable for the food industry and other environments where a food-safe lubricant is required. It can be used on bearings, moving parts, and lubrication points exposed to heat, moisture, cleaning agents, or heavy operating conditions.

Because the grease does not melt, drip, or carbonise within its temperature range, it is suitable for demanding applications where conventional greases would break down too quickly.

Product specifications

  • Product type: High-temperature food-grade grease with PTFE
  • Packaging: 400 gram grease cartridge
  • Certification: USDA H-1 / NSF H1 approved
  • Temperature range: -40°C to +400°C
  • Properties: Does not melt, drip, or carbonise within temperature range

Long-lasting lubrication under extreme conditions

Lubrication failure can lead to increased friction, wear, corrosion, overheating, downtime, and higher maintenance costs. Using a high-quality food-grade grease helps protect components in demanding environments and reduces the need for frequent re-lubrication.

Lindemann HTF-G Food Grade is ideal for professional applications where food-grade approval, extreme temperature resistance, water resistance, corrosion protection, and long-lasting lubrication are required.
